    Enchant creature
Whenever a +1/+1 counter is put on enchanted creature, switch its power and toughness.

Whenever you draw a card, put a study counter on Nullification Research.
Remove two study counters from Nullification Research: Remove all counters from target permanent, then draw a card.

Blue, to go with the +1/+1 counter theme, don't actually use +1/+1 counters. Instead, they fiddle with them. Whether it be removing counters, triggering effects when counters are added or who knows what, Blue get the majority of the most interesting +1/+1 counter effects. Black also shares some of these themes.

The last mechanic of Reyne is Studies. In a similar fashion to Shrines, Curses and perhaps Zendikar Quests, they are a type of Enchantment. The subtype allows for various searchers too. They are thematically linked by 'Whenever CONDITION, put a study counter on ~". Grimoire of the Dead also uses study counters but since it's thematically unrelated, there's no need to errata it into a Study. Not all Studies will be Blue, but a majority will.

I shall also be making Myriad not creature-exclusive, as some of the studies will use Myriad.
