Simic is pretty much PETA now, they said.
Also, Divination + Explorer on the same card. What is not to love?

The fact that it's a 5 mana sorcery.
Infinitely worse than Sphinx's Rev, especially with how vulnerable it makes you. If you want to be playing extra lands, it should be with Farseek.

You can't compare that to Sphinx Revelation like that. SRev is mythic and this one is uncommon. Also, green is the color of ramp.
I'd draft that any time. Also, it could fit in almost every GU EDH.

It is definitely worth trying in Wanderer, since cascading into it isn't as bad as cascading onto Cultivate, for example.

The decks that could use this are Bant Control and Omnidoor. Mostly Omnidoor because it pretty much suits the deck perfectly.
In Bant Control, I see it as a 1-of. Essentially as a fifth Farseek. This offers real advantage outside of lands, unlike, say, Ranger's Path. You can draw into and ramp into Revs.

I can compare it since I was talking constructed.
This has no place in constructed at all.

Is it bad that I want to use it in Bant? :c
It's certainly not awful as draw power. And it's not the weirdest thing to see play. You have Reid's Bant Control running Amass the Components, and this is usually better in most circumstances. Especially if you're looking for more Sphinx's Revelations. Anything that can dig three and get you an extra life and card off Revs is decent in my books.
It's certainly not going to see play in any more than one copy though.

Re: [GTC] Urban Evolution
I've been hearing mixed reviews about this card elsewhere, based on the fact that drawing cards is incredibly valuable in this game, so people can't decide whether or not it's worth it.
Personally, I'm with Chris on this one. Bant has a lot of 5 CMC cards that it would want over this card to begin with. Once again, I'd say that this is a card I'd love to have in a RUG EDH deck, but not much else. Even in Limited, this card's high risk compared to a bomb that would be more suitable at 5/6 CMC, like the Simic boss herself.
