Okay... we've got quite a lot of things to check here.

First, it's an equipment... without an equip ability?
Second, OCG errors (which are acceptable), but I'll fix them:

"Whenever equipped creature becomes blocked, you may sacrifice it. If you do, destroy all permanents your opponents control with converted mana cost less than equipped creature's converted mana cost"

Third: This can destroy lands. And most likely, annihilate the entire opposing battlefield. This automatically makes this card broken. Worldslayer is the closest of what we have here, and it destroys your permanents, too. I suggest adding "nonland" to the ability, and making an equip cost of 3 mana.
