mmm the Deathtouch seems like...kinda out of the Place...mostly if the guy can become Indestructible by itself...I'd remove that out and be happy happy happy

Deathtouch bleeds in his ability to eat entire creatures whole and sh*t.

And is it Z? Or does that depend on the origin?

This is interesting Im already trying to think up EDH decks with it.

Yeah is an Author's thingy...

And I figure it is for that...Just saying that Deathtouch + Indestructibility is that one kind of Keywords combo that should be avoided for balancing purpouses...

I tried to limit the indestructibility with an opponent's strong creature so that balance is at least visible on the field.

I'd love to tech this in my Dimir Deckout. I love it.
