    Rulings on names:
    - "-oni" =/= "Oni"

    The rulings for these are that "-oni" (as in as part of a word, on the
    end of the word, similar to Vehicroid) is not the same as "Oni" (as in
    anywhere else on the card name, i.e. Mugen-no-Oni, Dai-Kyojin-Oni,
    Onireikon, Oni-Totsu-Geki! etc.) That's why Koguoni can recycle
    "Gekidoni" and not "Onireikon".

    If this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects
    from the hand or Graveyard, until the end of the Damage Step. While this
    card is attached to an "-oni" Xyz Monster as Xyz Material: That Xyz

    Hadoni could easily lose the second effect.

    Onireikon basically makes the deck really good.

    I would run:
    -Demoni
    -Hanmaoni
    -Bureidoni (maybe just 1 though)
    -Aiboni
    -Ijimekkoni
    -Koguoni

    Just in the monster line-up alone you have created a load of variation. This would be more of an advantage based deck, but a beatdown deck would be easy.

    Oni-Totsu-Geki!!! is gonna be great with the Token generator. I would almost want to remove that by saying "Send 1 Face-Up Oni monster to the Graveyard" or something.

    Kinkyuoni could use a bit of rephrasing to say something like "Special summon Oni Monsters up to a number equal to the number of Monsters your opponent controls".

    I like how you made the bosses. They are slowed down stopping you from bringing them out right away, but at the same time they are worth summoning.

    For Dai-Kyojin-Oni, I would add some preventative clause that means that it has to be in your Graveyard after having been summoned first or something, unless you want it to be able to be used after simply being dumped in the Graveyard. I just think that would be nice. Also Grapha lol. (Same with Sakura)

    The other exceeds are nice, but if you want you could even nerf them. As is, they are already really good with the materials you will be using.

    Massive changes

    - Made all the Xyzs require "-oni" monsters as materials.
    - Drop the Ancient Gear clause from Hadoni
    - Changed the name of the Token made by Ijimekkoni from "Oni Token" to "Brother Token" to prevent Totsu-Geki abuse.
    - Made Busoni a Chaos Xyz to encourage use of the other Rank 4s (Busoni popped cards) and changed it's name to Ikari-Ken-Oni. It's now a monster-killing version of Sakura, now renamed Kaze-Ken-Oni.
    - Dai-Kyojin is the only Chaos Xyz that has a "equip form grave to oni" effect. Changed from Kaze-Ken equipping itself from the Graveyard to an oni to make it 2800 ATK.
    - Added Hojuoni
    - Changed artwork/names of various cards.
    - Odachioni can now use her shrink/negate effect freely instead of only during the Damage Step. This is to make Odachi a Main Phase 2 option if the opponent dropped a Gorz/Tragoedia during the Battle Phase, so now you can shrink them with Odachi MP2 and make them useless.
    - Changed Kinkyuoni (now renamed Onisaji to prevent recycling with Kogu) to let you only SS monsters with different names, and up to the number of monsters your opponent controls to avoid dropping triple Jakuoni and 1-2 of the 1900 choices.
    - Made Buredoni's self-SS effect condition work with only oni, not just Bushidoni, and changed her Xyz effect to a Twin-Sword Marauder effect.
    - Made Sorei's effect requires 2 Xyz Materials to detach to prevent building a big board by having Demoni attached, or recover several cards to the hand with Koguoni attached.

    Whew.

    EDIT: Onireikon is now a Trap.
