Gotta love obscure sideboard cards. I love Soul of Shandalar as a maindeck card here because of First Strike being just a really good ability, but also because due to Elixir, Keranos and Helix the deck can win a game by burning the opponent out when it's run them out of cards. That said, it could also definitely be Soul of Ravnica because it can almost always draw 2 cards in this deck, or maybe I should stop hoping it's better than it probably is and play Deicide in its place. Speaking of, Deicide's another card absent from the 75 that I don't have an amazing justification for and should probably be in here somewhere.

Goblin Kaboomist seems absolutely fantastic against the aggro decks of the format. If he lives for a turn he'll generally trade for two of their cards. He'll obviously trade in combat but then his mines are still there and don't require him to be there at all so he basically draws a Shock each turn he's actually alive that can kill him if he's not already dead.

Rabblemaster's kinda like a super cheap Assemble the Legion in the control mirror where they side out all of their answers to him and then he kills them.
