[THS Standard] UW Control

Because there's a standard win-a-box this Sunday that I might end up going to, and I don't have a lot of Theros stuff yet so tried-and-true UW seems like a good bet in an open field.

Only changes of note would be if I can't get Dissolves by Sunday they'll just be Cancels which is fine anyway, and if I can get a Heliod I'll be playing that over the Gideon in the side.

Dat rather awks mana base. Sadly we don't have better options.

How do you feel about Celestial Flare being mana intensive if you need to play it on turn 2?

Celestial Flare is kinda the reason I'm not playing any Mutavaults, really, but doing so makes it fairly easy to have access to WW on turn 2 if necessary given 17 white sources.

However, the chances I even need to cast it turn 2 are pretty slim, the local meta is very rarely aggressive.
