    I feel the mana base is finally actually good enough (even though I have to play 9 ETB tapped lands due to the heavy colour requirements) to support Verdict, Jace, Counterflux and the awesome new addition in Fated Conflagration. Having the best counterspell in the format along with a 4 mana version of Hero's Downfall is basically the reason I'm now happy playing this deck. Turn // Burn, Izzet Charm and Azorius Charm are also a great set of cards on turn 2 that don't become worse in the long game, and obviously in Turn // Burn's case get better the longer the game goes. I feel the maindeck may be slightly Jace weak, due to the win conditions all being 1/1s, but I think with 4 Spheres and 2 Conflagrations and a Retribution makes that fine.
