Oreia, the Sylvan High Arbiter 300px-OreiatheSylvanHighArbiter-PRIO-JP-OP
    2 Level 7 monsters
Once per turn: You can send 1 Plant-Type monster from your hand or face-up from your Monster Card Zone to the Graveyard; look at a number of cards from the top of your Deck, equal to the Level of the sent monster, then place them on the top of the Deck in any order. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; excavate the top 3 cards of your Deck, send any excavated Plant-Type monsters to the Graveyard, also place the other cards on the bottom of your Deck in any order, and if you do, return a number of cards on the field to the hand, except this card, up to the number of monsters sent to the Graveyard this way.
So lets see... Once per turn you can, for the most part, pre-stack your deck with this, if you have high leveled Sylvans laying around. Ok, that's good. Sylvans like that stuff. You can then, once per turn, detach a Material to Excavate the top 3 of your cards- Hey, this works with the first effect, because as I mentioned, you can easily get things rolling- You do the obligatory thing of sending any Plants to the Graveyard. K. THEN... You ready for this? You can return to the hand, a number of cards on the field, except itself, up to the number of Plants you Excavated with this. So basically, Sylvans now have a once-per-turn Mist Wurm. That's just crazy. But anyway... Considering the fact Alsei is a tiger, and this is clearly a phoenix, it's safe to assume we will also get a Sylvan dragon and turtle, at some point.
    Discuss.

    ^New sorta gimmick.

You reveal top card of deck, if it's a certain type, you get to activate an effect, then it's sent to grave. Think of Lightsworns, except this needs to be revealed then milled.

Holy shit, I'm sorry what!? It's 2800, generic 7. Holy crackers, Konami why??!!

It just occurred to me that it's DARK, and I find it a little silly because of it.
