The best thing is that the Nuke effect it can get from using Limited RUM. Any Rank 4 can become a 4k Beater with that Nuke effect.

RUM's finally become a mechanic where the issue is it's unreliablity instead of the subpar nature of it. Since it's not got three great targets.
