    You can also Xyz Summon this card by using 1 face-up "Number 9: Canopy Star - Dyson Sphere" as the Xyz Material (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) You can detach all Xyz Materials from this card; Banish all other monsters on the field. You must have 1000 or less Life Points to activate and resolve this effect.

    Dyson Sphere isn't very easy to summon itself, so I guess that for a chaotic card, this is fine.

    Definitely better than Chaos Emperor Dragon design wise, that's for sure.
