What is HS? What did you do exactly to these? Are they all from scratch?

HS = High school
and all are from scratch. some i used some tutorials to learn some basics, but never ended up like original plus over time i took some old images i made and used some the new stuff i used to make them.
and they all started as a few spot lights on a black background .-. then i just did chrome, bas relief, distortion fillers + duplicate some layers, do something to layer settings etc.
except the 1st one. 1st once i took a black dot used liquify and played around for the shape. used filters to get textures, and made sword my self
