Sure, he's 7 mana, lower than the predecessor, but his first 2 abilities are so underwhelming. The first one is pretty common and has very cheap cards, and the 2nd one is Nihil Spellbomb =/
The third one is also not creative, because it's basically a rip off from the original Bolas but now it affects all opponents.

It was kinda difficult thinking up his abilities, I didn't really get any inspiration... how might I improve them?
