Up to 2 Target creatures gain Hexproof and Indestructible until the end of Turn.

Basically This Spells the way they work is that you can play them as Instant instead of Sorceries paying a Fee (Which is the Morph Casting)
Additionally the Copy wording is due to as the Sorcery is on the Battlefield as it morphs out, it doesn't get casted so copying will actually make the trick of being treated as an instant speed spell being casted.

Rules-wise, you'd have to make them 0/0 creatures with an ETB effect, just because of how the rules work, but it's sure wacky.
