7/7 indestructible would be bonkers. You do not get that at 5 mana.
On par with Sliver Overlord. Definitely better than Queen unless you're comboing. Obviously, you still play Overlord as commander, since you can tutor this from Overlord.

Nah, definitely play this as a commander. This doesn't require you run any other Slivers.
