If those are correct then he seems... ok? Better than Goldmane but a little worse than Mentor while not being two colours. Seems generally worse than Caller as an aggressive card too.

He's a Superfriends planeswalker. He's totally bonkers with Kiora and stuff. You're probably right in saying that Mentor's a bit better, but this version has potential if only for being single colour requirement (and 4 mana) in a mana-intensive archetype.

Also, he's wearing Elspeth's cloak. That's adorable. And sad.

I don't feel like Superfriends needs help getting loyalty counters, and he's generally useless outside of that given Superfriends decks tend to be on the more controlling end of the spectrum. Sure, he might work in Naya Superfriends, but then why play this version over Mentor?

Although, if there is a token strategy, him and Elspeth are best buds.

He seems to be pretty nice, I wanna playtest him soon in aggro and superfriends.

If Lord Sorin were still in Standard, I'd find this pretty bonkers.

I like it being 3W instead of 2WW, but I'm kind of with Chris that this doesn't seem all that out there in terms of power. Then again, considering what we've been shown recently, Tarkir's looking like a helluva format.
