You actually CAN do that manually.
Since if you click to insert an image, they prompt you if you want to insert one at X/Y dimensions(Optional, of course).
So, for example, here is your deck at 500x500:


Also swap Utopia Ray for a 2nd Rare Fish. Your playing Instant Fusion in 3s, so you don't want to render most of them useless on the off chance you have like 2-3 in your hand.
