When this card is Fusion Summoned successfully: Select any Xyz Materials attached to any Xyz monster used to Fusion Summon this card and attach them to this card as Xyz Materials; this card gains 300 ATK for each Xyz Material attached to it by this effect. During either player's turn, when a monster declares an attack: You can send one Xyz Material attached to this card to the Graveyard; negate the attack and destroy the attacking monster. When this card with no Xyz Materials is selected as an attack target: Negate the attack and Special Summon one "Utopia" monster from your Graveyard; attach this card to the Special Summoned monster as an Xyz Material monster.

During either player's turn, when a monster declares an attack: You can send one Xyz Material attached to this card to the Graveyard; negate the attack and the effects of any Spell or Trap Cards chained to the attack. When this card with no Xyz Materials is selected as an attack target: Negate the attack and Special Summon one "Utopia" monster from your Graveyard; attach this card to the Special Summoned monster as an Xyz Material.
