Since the topic of SAO was brought up. I really don't see what it is people like about it... Can you guys tell me why you enjoy it, if that's okay?

I like the characters, the plot, the world, the animation....

Can't really tell you why. Some people like it, some don't. That's just how life goes I guess

I also never liked SAO.

The plot isn't good as far as the main OTP goes, the animation is godlike but that's it, Kirito and Asuna are really annoying together TBH.

Eh, I disagree on that. I found them the best part of the show.

Anyway, anything you guys are watching recently you like? I'm thinking of checking something out called Magi the Labyrinth of Magic.

I've heard good things about Magi but I've never seen it.

Well, since I know you guys like Magic: The Gathering. Check out Fantasista Doll. They have a cardgame called, and I kid you not, Magic: The Gather. I swear you guys would love it. But yeah, now that the new season is starting up, I'm probs gonna be watching Hajime no Ippo S3, BlazBlue: Alter Memory, Diamond-something, 2wei (if it comes out then) and something else I can't remember right now :/

Magi was brilliant from what I've seen of it. There is Watamote that actually has a little piece of MTG and it involves Crypt Ghast, which was pretty much the only reason I started watching the anime. There is also a manga based around Chandra.

Ugh, I have a dilemma.

I want to continue reading Negima, but the eighth omnibus isn't out in my local bookstore. I could just read it online, but I'd prefer to read it in physical form. #firstworldotakuproblems

When that happens I usually  wait for the store to get it and spend time on another series

But Negima is too good to put off for a time.

What the heck is it? I just saw an advertisement on a website, the animation looks kinda cool but I've never heard of it before.

It was made by the creators of Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.

It's really cool. Ryuko (the protag) is on Kamina levels. Her half scissor is like Kamina's glasses

Also, I now know I will be at Tsubasacon my local con for two days next week! So yay for that

I'll get to meet the guy who voices Grmmjow.

Lucky. There's only one con I know I can go to for sure, and it's a one day con.
