New Doctor confirmed!!!
Matt's interpretation of the Doctor was actually really well portrayed since it shows even he is getting sick and tired of all his companions leaving him eventually... Clara and Amy and Rory and River though are amazing.
Tom Baker will always be the best in my opinion.
