Tend to consider this for every EDH deck, and haven't included it in any.
Might just be because if I want to use an extraction effect I want to use Sadistic Sacrament since it doesn't take 6 mana and has upside when it's drawn late, and I'd rather play proactive cards or just reactive cards. Pre-emptive ones feel weird.
