CBLZ Preliminary Rulings

Heraldic Beast Basilisk:
• It destroys the opponent monster even if it (Basilisk) is destroyed by battle.

Heraldic Beast Twin-Headed Eagle:
• You do not attach materials if the target Xyz monster is face-down at resolution.

Brotherhood of the Fire Fist - Nine Dragons:
• Setting is an optional Trigger Effect. The revival effect is an Ignition Effect.
• Setting the Fire Formation Trap Card happens after the activated Fire Formation resolves.
• You get to set a card even if the activated Fire Formation is destroyed by a chained Mystical Space Typhoon.

Mermail Abyssdine:
• You can only use one or the other of its effects per turn. You can't use both.

Reaper of Prophecy:
• You can only use one of its effects per turn. You can't use all of them. See next post.

Prominent Knight:
• You can only use one or the other of its effects per turn. You can't use both.

Number 53: Heart-eartH:
• It's unknown if you can Xyz Summon Number 92: Heart-eartH Dragon from your Extra Deck if this card is destroyed with Solemn Warning or Chain Destruction.
• If this card isn't in the Graveyard when the Special Summon effect that brings out 92 resolves, you cannot special summon Number 92: Heart-eartH Dragon.

Fierce Leader of the Fire Fist - Tiger:
• Monsters summoned after this card negates effects do not have their effects negated.

Haze-Beast Basilicok:
• If this monster has 6 or more Xyz Material, only the ATK bonus and anti-targetting effects apply.

Diawolf the Terrorfang:
• If one of its targets is not on the field at resolution, the other IS destroyed.

Xyz Double Back:
• If one of the target monsters isn't in the Graveyard at resolution, you cannot Special Summon the other monster.
• You can't activate this card if an Xyz Monster was destroyed face-down and was never face-up during the destruction.

Haze-Pillar:
• You do not attach materials if the target Xyz monster is face-down at resolution.

Change Heraldry:
• If you cannot Special Summon a "Heraldic Beast" at resolution, the Battle Phase does not end.

Fire Formation - Tensen
• Cannot be activated if there's no legal target for the ATK bonus.

Fire Formation - Tenken
• Cannot be activated if there's no legal target for the Effect negation-protection.

No Dice!:
• You roll even if an Xyz or Level 7 or higher monster is Special Summoned. However, since Xyz don't have levels, you can't return anything.

Amaryllease
• You can Normal Set a monster with 1 less Tribute using this card
• Because you don't Tribute anything due to lowering a Monster's number of Tributes, you cannot activate the effects of Monsters who require they be Tribute Summoned (Ex: Zaborg the Thunder Monarch)
• You cannot reduce the Number of Tributes to lower the number of Tributes for a Special Tributing Effect like Beast King Barbaros' Tribute 3 Monsters to wipe the Field effect.
• You cannot use this effect to reduce the Tributes required for monsters like The Wicked Avatar.

• If you have 5 or more "Spellbooks" in your Graveyard, you can apply all 3 of its effects as once. (Basically the 3 pieces count as one effect and stack together)

• You cannot summon Number 92: Heart-eartH Dragon if this card is destroyed by Solemn Warning.

Shineet Magician:
• You can activate her anti-Targeting effect multiple times during the same Chain.

Fire Formation - Tenki
• If Mystical Space Typhoon is chained to this card's activation and destroys it, you do not get to add a Beast-Warrior-Type monster to your hand.

Abyss-scale of the Cetus
• Doesn't form a Chain Block when it negates an effect.

The Disorderly March
• It's unknown if the number of cards you draw at resolution changes if the number of different types you control change between activation and resolution.

Monarch March:
• A Monster that is Tribute Set gains this card's effect.
• Monsters that have this effect still are affected by this card's effect even if they are flipped face-down.

Xyz Dimension Splash
• It is unknown if you can activate this card if "Macro Cosmos" is on the field and this Set Card is destroyed and banished (instead of being sent to the Graveyard.

Abyss-scorn
• You can activate this card's sent to the Graveyard effect if it is destroyed during the Damage Step and sent to the Graveyard.

A few years ago? No.

In the current game? It's fair game, and not even that amazing.

• Its battle immunity and send burn damage to opponent effects are continuous. Its remaining effects are Trigger Effects.
• If a monster is Set and flipped face-up during the same turn by "Book of Taiyou" it still gets banished by this card.
• Its Resurrection Effect works during the Damage Step.

Dododo Bot
• If Skill Drain is face-up on the field when it attacks, its effect immunity effect is negated.

Gogogo Ghost
• If this card is Special Summoned in Defense Position and you activate this card's effect, reviving "Gogogo Golem", Torrential Tribute can be activated.
