    The general of an EDH deck I've been trying to finish for months. Seems hilarious if exploited.

    Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but if I use Cloudshift to flicker a creature that I took control of with this, the creature would return to the battlefield under my control, then immediately return to it's owner's control, right?

    No, you'll keep control of it permanently if you blink it.

    You can also Ghostly Flicker them both, which would let you keep their creature and steal another when summoning sickness wears off again.

    Looks like she'd be an interesting commander, although personally I'd always choose Sen Triplets for Esper.

    The THing is Different Commander for the Same color opens up diferent Play Styles

    This one seems like a WBU Version of a Zedruu Deck with all the Flickering and Control Change
