• You're a novice play who just started playing the game.
• You work with and against characters from the animated series, as you aim to win Nats
• Game has an original story of some sort, many of the characters from the TV show can be fought.

• Locals (Shop) > Regionals > Nats
• Free Fights: You can move around the city, talking to a variety of people. Sometimes you'll enter a fight, sometimes they'll just give you a rare card. These episodic events will also allow you to see sides of the cast that they've never shown on the TV Show.
• Buying Cards: You can use the points you win in free fights and tournaments at Card Capital to buy cards. You can select a pack from the box, reproducing the realistic purchasing of packs. I think for in gamne, they've manipulating rarities of cards and modified pack contents.
• Tutorials: Learn the game with Aichi as your coach. In addition, you can deal with with Mission Fights, where you're required to clear specific tasks.
• Wireless and WiFi Matches.
• Via Wireless, you can play people near you, and with Wi Fi, people far away. You can also fight friends with Friend Codes. You can also play random. Random Battle Rate is calculated based on rate of victory, etc.
• Dialogue occurs when you Ride, use a Trigger, or activate a Limit Break. You can turn this stuff on or off, and you can push fast forward.
• More than 1,000 cards will be included, going up to BT09
• You cannot trade cards, so you're just collecting for yourself.
• Rules of the actual game have been reproduced faithfully.

According to the Article on Famitsu:
- It's a game original story
- You're aiming to become the Nats Champion for Japan (so we're probably set within the First Season Story Arc or so, or an approximate)
- Earn DPPoints from Free Fights and Tournaments to purchase packs and build the strongest Deck.
- The Game Play is to be authentic to the real life game.

Meaning, with how card game dubs come about, we should get ours if it comes by Summer or Fall 2013.

Excitement is now nil.

You have to get a 3DS. They're going to stop making regular DS games eventually. And the ones that they do make will be shit.

Frankly I don't have an exorbitant amount of cash to fork out for a system only marginally better than its predecessor, especially when the only real difference (the 3D) gives me a headache. It's not worth the £100andsomething plus money for games.

Honestly, in a practical sense, it's not about which is better, but which is newer. Like I said, they'll probably stop making games for the classic sooner or later.

I don't see why it wouldn't be.
The Video Games are easy to learn from. Vanguard's more simple than Yugioh, and the only confusing rulings should be intact in the game.

I am so getting this if it gets a British release.

A chance to play lots of Vanguard without relying on my lousy internet.

Will also be very intresting to see how they have will do all the options.

There are three types of protagonists, in gender of your preference. Each of them will be voiced, and have their own cut-ins. In order from top to bottom, they're Hotblooded, Cool and Dark.

So, six in all. There's also going to be an in-game tutorial in addition to the confirmed wireless fun. And we've (re?)confirmed that BT09 and all of the trial decks up to TD07 plus every promo released before/during BT09 will be in the game.

Well you could but you would need to pay a lot to import and learn basic japanese to know what to do
