Vylons don't have draw power.
Vylons are the best deck though, and this is one of the worst of them.

Its the best Level 4 non-Tuner Vylon. :/
I use it @2 in the OTK, but it gets cut in Omega Vylons for Photon Thrasher.
With Material it becomes a 2000 Atk monster that has to be run over for it not to be a break even play.
