    4 Geist of Saint Traft
    4 Judge's Familiar
    4 Stapcaster Mage
    4 Restoration Angel

    4 Dissipate
    4 Thought Scour
    4 Oblivion Ring
    4 Think Twice
    3 Syncopate
    3 Supreme Verdict
    2 Azorius Charm
    1 Bonds of Faith

    5 Islands
    4 Hallowed Fountain
    4 Glacial Fortress
    3 Evolving Wilds
    3 Plains
    1 Cavern of Souls

And right now, this would seriously suck. Not that many good mana-leak like counterspells yet.

This seems like a really weird hybrid of tempo and control, without satisfying either.

You don't have the out-of-the-gate speed that comes with Tempo, nor the costed spells to go with it, and you don't have the late-game potency that comes with control.

Honestly, I think you really need to pick an angle, one or the other, not both.

moar syncopate pls. A lot of old aggro/control championship decks from 2001 or so ran 3 Syncopate. So that's what I'd suggest.

    -4 Pacifism
    +3 Syncopate
+1 Bonds of Faith (it's Pacifism but it also boosts your Snapcasters and stuff)

    But otherwise, what Chris said.

    This.

Syncopate is your replacement Mana Leak. Even though it seems harder to use at first glance, you can still leave a lot of pressure on your opponent if you leave two/three mana open.

Really, it's basically Delverless Delver. The problem is that the more defensive build which ramps up to 4 for Restoration used stuff like Blade Splicer and all that's rotating out /sadface

The quicker builds are better unless you go midrangey.

More trying control. A lot was just filled deck space in the end.
Fencing Ace is not even needed. Giest of Saint Traft seems to be the same. And so maybe not Restoratio Angel or Augur ?
    -4 Pacifism.

If you're trying UW control post-rotation, UW Miracles seems to be the way to go, since we'll still have Think Twice, all the important Miracles, Tamiyo and a new DoJ (probably not even necessary)

I've been trying it out with Ponders which will be replaced with Thought Scours, and 2 Frost Titans to end on, along with 2 Gideon, and that's all that's rotating. Azorius just need a couple of good cards and it'll be a stellar deck come rotation.

But that is the thing, I have to wait for everything to come out, so I just filled the deck. I am kind of out of SoM and M12, moving on from it.
I don't see a need for Tamiyo since Restoration is only one mana lower. Tamiyo would simply stall for the first 5-9 turns until ultimate, and I would probably lose by then.
I already placed in Divine Verdict, I do agree that is doesn't seem necessary.

Well yes, you'd lose by then in a tempo-esque deck. Which this now is.

I was merely saying that if you want control then Miracles is the way to do it, and Tamiyo is absolutely fantastic in the deck, while barely any of it is rotating.

I believe the more Straightfoward Permition Control Variant is far more effective ATM
    - Hardcore Control Cards (Miracles, Verdict)
    - Bunch of Card Draw (Think Twice, Thought Scour, Azorious Signet)
    - Couple of Utility Card (Again Azorious Signet, Unsummon)
    - And Some Bomby Creature to Finish the Game once you have total control of the table
