Sublime Archangel.

So, my latest addition, wondering if its worth building an Exalted deck around it. Token spam, building up to something like this have 10/9, whilst using black to pick off creatures that get in my way.

So, thoughts on the actual card peoples?

Exalted's just weak because they just have 1 creature to answer at a time, in a metagame where the most popular deck is running Vapor Snag, with infinite ways in which to get it and use it multiple times.

Personally, if I pulled it I'd just turn it over for profit.

It's a really powerful card, but I can't see it doing anything in constructed formats.

Yep. Today infact. Generally, if I post a card, its becuase I've gotten it, and I want to see what people think of its uses. Afterall, I can learn more by taking the advice of those more expiericened than myself.

And... hmm. Intresting. I was just wondering since as far as I understand, it makes Exalted give 2 bonus's instead of the one if they have it already. Which makes big boosts quickly.

And forgive me, but what's Vapour Snag?

It's a 4-of in any deck with Blue in it, which is the best colour in the game, and also one of the colours of the most popular deck atm (Delver).

Even after rotation, it'll just be replaced with Unsummon. (http://magiccards.info/m13/en/75.html)

I'm guessing Archeomancer is a form of Recylcing it, and essentially you bounce everything your opponent summons until they die?

Ok. Sounds irritating to play against. And yeah, i can see why this isn't great against it.

Archaomancer is not a good card ATM since Snapcaster Mage does the Job Better

You play this card with Fungal Sprouting. Play it in your second main step after you've pumped up an angel. Your tokens proceed to pump up into more exalted boosts. Otherwise, it plays like W/G Agggro.

Oh, well... that's my idea of the deck out of the window. But the empasis on ATM suggests its cycling out?

Snapcaster Mage was in Innistrad, so it's staying. Vapor Snag will be out, but it'll just be replaced by Unsummon. Exalted is just not a good deck.

It's fun to play if you want though if you locals aren't filled with competetive decks. Otherwise it can be a little lackluster.

This is actually quite intresting. So, from the looks of it Delver is a control esche deck type?

Why wouldn't it play Unsummon? Vapor Snag is really just a very glorified version of it. Unsummon still fills the slot perfectly for what they want; cheap pseudo-removal.

True. But it's still not optimal for Delver players. I assume everyone will play RU to get on Izzet Charm.

So UW Delver might play Unsummon but RU Delver is better anyway.

The Life loss was a big Deal TBH

Doesn't mean that its primary purpose is versatile instant-speed bounce, which Unsummon does.

Also, way too early to say UR will be better than UW, or heck with new lands it could be possible to go UWR, couldn't it?

UW was good because it could effectively play removal without playing other colours.

Without Phyrexian mana, nah. You can't play any defensive builds either. Considering the Azorius Charm will be pretty passive, and Izzet has an insanely competitive charm, yeah.

It's pretty easy to say dual-mana Delver is better than 3 though.
