    That's not Ramp...Ramping is adding additional Lands during the same turn or playing mana Dorks to cast spell faster

    Duals (Modern: Shocklands, Fastlands, m10lands) are used for Mana Fixing

    Notes: Deck name is unnecesarily Long...Call it Heartless Summoning and you are good...people will understand

    Undermine is not Modern Legal

    Perplex shouldn't be bad late game coz...you know it has a second effect...that people use more in cards with that effect than using the actual card.
