    What's not to like about this card? Nabs you a Toypoogal, nabs you Powgal to go and fetch Soul Saver Dragon, and nabs Snogal.

    Good card is good. The 8K alone makes it balanced, stat-wise, and it swings for a decent 15K if you decide not to use Powgal's Counter Blast to search Soul Saver Dragon.

    Having just graduated from the academy, she's a newbie High Dog Breeder with certain skills. Having been born into a family that have served as breeders for generations, she can instantly spot the inherent talents of High Dogs. Being able to communicate with the hearts of High Dogs, she holds the motto of growing with one another, and the pups she's raised are famous for their intense loyalty.
