Looks pretty awful, honestly. Might be ok in limited for having 3 toughness, having Extort and being able to take a bomb out of their hand though, but in that sense he definitely seems designed for sealed.

I don't think he even fits Limited. 3 toughness is ok, but the 5 CMC is too much... Especially for a deck with a mech that needs mana. Might be ok if the have one card in hand just to be rid of it, but there are better cards for that.
