Whenever I see Storm players with this card, well over half the time it seems to just sit in their hand dead.
I mean, I get why they pretty much have to have it, because if their fizzle then it guarantees them another shot, but it just seems so clunky at the same time.
Still, pretty horribly designed either way, serving absolutely no purpose outside of helping Storm, it seems, which WotC don't even like. s:

It's actually very important in Storm. It's kinda like copies 5-8 of Pyromancer's Ascension.
