Awesome card late game, but people usually prefer Remand for the Cantrip.

If I played Blue, I'd rather play Remand and Mana Leak, which is generally good at all parts of the game, this seems pretty bad early game, depending on what it counters, but it just relies too much on your opponent casting something in the early game that you won't care about in 3 turns at all, or else it's pretty pointless. And it's essentially a -1 in card advantage too, so you're not helping yourself enough.

Heck, personally I'd choose Cancel before this.
