Playtested it in EDH. With Infinite Mana was kind of fun just to troll my friend.
I don't find it bad. Cards like Traitorous Blood and Zealous Conscripts, if you steal a creature, made it a little better because it stops anything from being trouble.

All you need is a sac outlet for this and you can use it as a creature salvage weapon that will later enable many TB effects.
Still not a very effective card though.
