Still think his pricing is complete BS.

Sure, you play 3-4 of him in control, but Tamiyo is still the better Walker in the deck.

Yeap, and how important that is for control decks.

Anyone that thinks he's only good for the -2 hasn't actually played him.

The +1 is amazing and blunting the assault of more aggro-based decks and is a wonderful addition to the -2.

Yes, the -2 is more important, but it's not a +anything, so it naturally doesn't make a Planeswalker good since it's not insane.

I'll take your word for it then Chris, seeing as you are the resident control expert.

He must be better in practice than paper then.

    He really is.

I was sceptical on running him at first, but after playing him for a while now I can say he's very welcomed to control. He's not even in a first-to-cut position, he's incredibly solid as a planeswalker and puts in a lot of work. Naturally, I guess, demand pumps up his price. Every deck that plays him plays 3 or 4 since he dies so often, so it makes sense I guess.

    Indeed.

Even if you don't drop him on turn 4, he's still pretty good.

Amazing design, making a great utility card like this without extrapolation like on Mind Sculptor.

It's crazy how generally good he is when with Tamiyo. The synergy is horrendously awesome.
