I just wish it got it's effect when it booster CEO Amaterasu becauseshe does a Genkidama.

Only good for trying to get a skill off with the Soul Blast. But you can just go Bahr and do it anyway.

Anything that relies on soul blasting to boost seems bad tbh, especially this.
