"For each counter on target permanent, put another of those counters on that permanent. "

But it DOUBLES, not proliferates. Like, a Walker with 3 counters, after this, has 6.

The way I wrote it still doubles since it makes a copy of each counter therefore if it has 3 Counter for each one you get another one...ergo it doubles...
