Hello, Your 30k 2Crit Brokeness, how many games have you been the winning card for today?

mfw people on cfc think this card isn't any good because nulling and searching requiring effort.

I'd call you a liar cause of how stupid that sounds but someone tried to use a back row to intercept me yesterday so I believe you.

But really, how is it possible to not see how good this card is? It's a Blaster, the most supported archetype in the game, with four searchers, one of which can grab this thing. The other three grab it's skill food. Searching really isn't a problem.

As for the nulls, the deck is tight on space and sometimes they get ignored in this one due to the hybrid aspect. But you could probably easily drop a few things for some Iseults. It's not like you need to run both nulls, as generally you'll only need to null guard if you're at G3, at which point you'll have a Royal Paly Vanguard.

Then keep in mind that you'll most likely be boosting this guy with Apocalypse or one of the Sages, so activating the skill that turn will give you a 30/32 + 2 Crit Vanguard that could still possibly power up more through triggers.

Brave, Javelin, Starcall, Gancelot... You're already running a stupid amount of cards that can set you up and so do constantly. I mean, seriously, the guy kept saying that the skill is hard to get off when it's insanely easy.

I've been considering Iseult since I seem to be getting killed lately at the last minute due to lack of shields. :s

But seriously, they don't think long term. Sure, you can null the initial 30k giant, but then what? Oh yeah, you're staring down a 2 cric, 12k VG that you have to consistently put up walls against. The only reason the Overlords are good is the simple fact that you must guard against them all the time, and guarding against cards that strong eliminate hands quickly.

By cfc community's logic, apparently so.

That's pretty much the thing that defeats their arguments. Guard and guard until you literally have nothing left in the end. The fact that MLB can hit the a final 2 damage makes him even worse because they can't hope for no critical checks like with DotE or no-persona-blast PBO.
