I want to cast the guy who says Cascade then Cascade again. Then cascade into two Bloodbraid elves and then cascade into some other spell and double them as well

The funny thing about playing him as a commander is that, despite that he's blue, you shouldn't run any counterspells outside of super-staples.
His main use is, yep, randomly copying cascades and stuff like Rite of Replication for trillions of tokens.

That is true for 90% of Blue Commander Decks thought...
Counterspells in General aren't very good in Commander..expect a few Exceptions
