Holy shit. With this, Inaba becomes ultimately outclassed. Its Limit Break effect can easily be used 3 times in a turn netting you a +3. Sure, it's a 10k vanguard, but with all of that card advantage, it feels pretty broke.

Make the effect once per turn, and it'll be perfect.

Yeah, but with Oracle Think Tanks, do you really wanna run more Grade 3s?

Card gives Non-Tsuku Oracle Think Tanks quite the insane boost. Since Tsukuyomi is overused as it is, I'm rather happy to see this support.
Having to call it as a Rearguard for the Soul Charge is kinda awks though.
