    Since early guarding isn't a frequent thing, boosting by 10000 is easy and very impactant.

    It's so win-moar, and so goddamn good to a point that Elliot and I keep calling it "Win Moar Wyvern" because it's just /that/ good.

    Behind Thunder Break Dragon, you get a monstrous 25K swing if your opponent can't do anything about it. =s

    Rai Rai is still good because it can boost non-Vanguard Thunder Break, but even so it's not the best idea, usually.
