Pseudo-Flash because WotC aren't nice enough to reprint stuff like Restoration Angel so I have to settle for sorcery speed game enders. Also Anger feels mandatory with Mono-Black aggro and Rabble Red being as good as they are.

    Creatures:
    1 Keranos, God of Storms
    2 Narset, Enlightened Master

    Planeswalkers:
    1 Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker
    2 Elspeth, Sun's Champion

    Sorceries:
    3 Anger of the Gods

    Enchantments:
    2 Suspension Field

    Instants:
    3 Last Breath
    2 Lightning Strike
    4 Jeskai Charm
    4 Dissolve
    4 Steam Augury
    2 AEtherspouts
    1 Jace's Ingenuity
    3 Dig Through Time

    Lands:
    4 Island
    3 Mountain
    2 Plains
    4 Mystic Monastery
    4 Flooded Strand
    3 Temple of Epiphany
    3 Temple of Triumph
    2 Temple of Enlightenment
    1 Battlefield Forge

    Sideboard:
    4 Nyx-Fleece Ram
    1 Pearl Lake Ancient
    1 Jace's Ingenuity
    4 Goblin Rabblemaster
    2 Disdainful Stroke
    1 Anger of the Gods
    2 Negate

It might actually be right to have some number of Dissolves in the main, potentially the side. 4 counters main deck feels rather low for what this deck's trying to achieve. At the same time more counters means more dead hits off of Narset.

Narset seems best in a planeswalkery midrange shell, but I like this. Teching in an extra planeswalker seems like the best way to make the most out of Narset really, and counteract the anti-synergy with Anger/Dissolve. Like, a Pyromaster or something makes for a nice permissive 4-drop.

I just don't want too many sorcery speed cards, plus I like having the 6 proactive cards I currently have, especially when 3 of those 6 cards can immediately serve as extra removal.

Chandra gives me more cards that don't work well with Dissolve, while being another card that only interacts at sorcery speed which I want to keep to a minimum.

I've mostly just loved Narset as a manner of being a really resilient draw engine that swings tempo far and away in my direction at the end of the game on an open board, or a board with few other permanents. The deck currently has 22 cards that Narset can hit that aren't always poor with her (those being Dissolve, Anger and AEtherspouts). That's plenty when she is seeing 4 cards each turn. Also saving mana on finishers is huge.

The problem with a midrangey planeswalker approach is that UWR is just not a good colour combination for that since you miss some of the best 'Walkers in either Kiora, Xenagos or Ashiok.

tl;dr Narset's tested really well so far with what my list.

mhm You Know I was kinda Thinking that Both Ioras and Thassa has Great Synergy with Narset, whichever of those Gives her quite a lot of resistances and ways to have her land her hit easier

That might be good in a more midrange deck, too, but most certainly not here since they only work with Narset and nothing else, which makes them almost entirely dead a lot of the time. Getting Narset through has rarely been difficult and in matchups where it is I'd rather just side her out than try and get too tricky with her,
