A 5-mana Wrath is quite good. If we're not allowed to have 4-mana Wraths, 5 mana is a lot better than the six mana ones we have.
Sidisi's good. Usually a 5/5 across two bodies that produces more 2/2s. That's good enough. Howl of the Horde's really cool too. Gonna have to stick it in Zedruu EDH.

Sidisi seems like the best Khan for constructed spoiled so far. She's almost certainly got to have a deck where she's very, very good.
End Hostilities is... well, fine. Not entirely sure how much being 5 mana will affect its playability. On one hand, it's the cheapest Wrath that actually is a Wrath. On the other hand, it has the issue of commonly being slightly too slow.

End Hostilities is interesting in EDH if only because it hits any deck that decides to take the "relevant equipment" approach. Additionally, that's pretty good against bestow right now, not that it'd really be hitting more than like Boon Satyr at the moment. I do also like that it's a more flexible CMC for the upcoming wedge format.
Howl of the Horde feels like it's going to have some kind of winmoar strategy to it, and is definitely a really cool EDH card.
And I feel like Sidsi will be good if only because you can 1) also play Pharika and get snakes out of your mills and 2) potentially have good Delve options (assuming Wizards allows this to actually happen).

@Sidisi:
4 mana Ballet Dancer, since both of them are making armies of tutus, but more situational. It's okay.

Grave Titan looks real good in that tutu. However, I hear Sidisi wears tutus better.
