The problem for the deck in standard is that it's just not quite a strong enough aggro deck to put up consistent finishes. It'll be good post-rotation, I can almost guarantee it. It seems like it's in the same place Desecration Demon was, where the format was hostile to it before rotation then it became bonkers afterwards.

This version of the card is astonishing. Good job to whoever did it.
As for the card, it's as Chris said. It'll most likely become great post rotation. Unless the new set is also hostile to it.
