When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add 1 "Star Seraph" monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Star Seraph Scepter". An Xyz Monster that was Xyz Summoned using 3 or more monsters you control as Xyz Materials (including this card on the field) gains this effect.
● When this card is Xyz Summoned: You can target 1 other card on the field; destroy that card, and if you do, you can draw 1 card.
I love how this card, by default, will give you a +0 on a 3-Material Rank 4, since the destruction and the draw will make up for the -2 that said Xyzs typically require.
'Course, since it's Seraphs, and considering this card has no once-per-turn clause, you can very easily get like 2-3 of these on a single monster, andd just load up on a bunch of pluses because the whole "hoop" you jump through, is using 3 monsters.
