Orzhov or Esper Tempo? Might be good.

Re: [BNG] Pain Seer
From what we have up to now, I don't think it's viable to run Springleleaf Drum just for this card.
We might get more sweet tappers/untappers.
And this has a lot of combo potential.
Thumbs up :3

It's certainly not Bob power level, but Bob is pushed as f***, so I think this is alright on the scale. If it doesn't hit Standard hard, I don't know what will.

In a lot of cases, unless we get something serious to abuse this, this is still just a 2/2 for 2 that doesn't do anything until it's attacked and untapped. That's really not that good.

Slap her in a UW/Bant flicker deck with Mulldrifter, perhaps?

Re: [BNG] Pain Seer
There's the aforementioned Springleaf Drum, and my friend's planning R/B bears with Madcap Skills to let Baby Bob push and generate results.
...Truthfully this is a lot more balanced than Bob and not nearly as good as a result, but the fact that Inspired interacts with the untap step is pretty silly regardless.
