Mono Red sideboard card, perhaps?

It seems like a decent side card.

I wouldn't mind maining it in mono-Red, although it's debatable. Mono-Reid's a bit slower since it's all about devotion now, and this provides the consistency and straight-to-the-face power that Purphoros doesn't immediately give. Certainly good against against Obzedat and Blood Baron. It also one-shots every planeswalker in the format except Vraska.

What the format needs is a Shock for 6 damage instead of 5. 6 is the magic number this format.

This seriously needs to be able to go to the dome.

Pretty much. Good card, but it would be better to hit the face. Red's power is great because it hits both player and planes walker.

Oh wait, it says planeswalker.

Eh, sure, side card :C It wasn't broken with being able to hit players.

I wouldn't even mind a really under powered hit to the dome, just so long as the option was there.

Like, being able to hit a dude for 5, or a person for say, 2 or 3.

On the plus side, that last clause is pretty weird, so it must be part of a cycle. I'm guessing the blue one features the art of the woman making a massive square cut out in the sky.

Oh, I totally didn't see the Scry Clause.

...apparently Spanish isn't exactly an easy language for non-latin-based language speakers, huh? xD

This "scry 2 on your turn" clause reminds me of the Time Spiral cards that doubled their effect when used on the main phase.

I survived a week in Spain's Basque country with about three years worth of Spanish in my head. I count that as victory.

The Time Spiral thing was also a cycle. Blue one will probably end up being broke. Or if becomes a counterspell, that might be really, really interesting.
