ブラウ・ドゥンケルハイト Blau Dunkelheit

"In the Darkness… nothing can be seen."

ノヴァグラップルの黎明期、「ギャラクシー・ファイト」発足時に製造された「ブラウ」シリーズの一つ。 防護フィールドを展開できる端末兵器や、他の機体のカメラやセンサーをごく短時間だが強制停止させるジャマー【フィンスター】など、様々な新武装を搭載された試作特機。 最終的には「ブラウ」シリーズの一つとなったが、元は「ドゥンケルハイト」という名になる予定だったという複雑な過去を持つ。 とある開発チームが初めて作り上げた特機だったが、想定の二倍の期間を経てもクライアントが満足する性能まで持っていけず、技術面、経済面ともに開発を継続する事が困難となっていた。 その後、同チームは特機開発の分野から撤退、「ブラウ」シリーズ開発チームがこれを引き継ぎ、試作機完成に至ったという。 現在も調整中の機体だが、性能は折り紙つきであり、正式なロールアウトも時間の問題らしい。

One of the “Blau” series that was made during the Galaxy Fights at the beginning of the Nova Grappler league. It’s armed with prototype equipment, such as a terminal weapon that can expand a force-field, along with the jamming system “Finster” (Dark) capable of killing the sensors and cameras of other Machines. In the end it was dubbed one of the “Blau” series, but in its complex past, it was going be named “Dunkelheit”. It was a specialized machine developed by a certain R&D Team. but its performance didn’t satisfy the client even after its development took twice as long as expected. Due to technical and economic difficulties, it became difficult to continue the machine’s development. As a result, that team withdrew from the field of specialized machine development and the “Blau” R&D Team took over, resulting in the prototype mecha being completed. This mecha is still being adjusted, but its abilities are the real deal, so a formal roll-out of this model seems to be a mere matter of time.

マルス・ブラウクリューガー Mars Blaukluger

"To sacrifice himself in the middle of a pure battle. That is why he is the god of war."

ノヴァグラップルの黎明期、「ギャラクシー・ファイト」発足時に製造された「ブラウクリューガー」の改良型。 正式な呼称はBK-03M「マルス」。 昔に比べパイロットの能力が底上げされた現代、機体がパイロットの反応速度についていけないという事例が多発していた。 多くのメーカーや開発者が頭を抱える中、名乗りを上げたのは、なんと特機開発を得意としていた「ブラウクリューガー」の開発チームだった。 彼らは量産機「ユーピター」から汎用性を除いた高性能量産試作機の開発を、わずか1年でやり遂げたのである。 反応速度と機動性に全てを注いだ機体「マルス」。 その極端に尖ったスタイルは、パイロット達のニーズを見事獲得した。 あとはコスト面が解決できれば安定したラインに乗せられるらしいが、それが最も難しい問題だとチームが気づくのは、4機目の「マルス」が製造された後だったという。

A variant of “Blaukluger”, which was made at the beginning of the “Galaxy Fights”, from the beginning of the Nova Grapplers. Its official designation is the BK-03M “Mars”. In the modern day, where the abilities of the pilots have risen since the older days, there are many cases of the Mecha being incapable of keeping up with the reaction time of their pilots. While many manufacturers and developers found themselves at wits end, when Mars’ pilots announced their candidacy, the “Blaukluger” R&D Team made a Mecha specifically just for him. In just one year, they built a high performance mass-production prototype that lacks the versatility of the mass-produced Mecha “Jupiter”. This Mecha, which they focused all their efforts into its reaction time and mobility, was christened “Mars”. Its extremely sharp style fit the needs of its pilots perfectly. The R&D Team noticed the most difficult problem with “Mars”, after building the fourth unit, however, was keeping its costs down. If they can solve that issue, it’s likely to become a regular model.

デアデビル・サムラーイ Daredevil Samurai

"Even if a Samurai falls down, they don’t get up free of charge."

「アシュラ・カイザー」のサポートメカとして製造される予定だった汎用量産機「サムラーイ」を、現代のパーツや技術で改良した最新の機体。 大斧「HAGUN（はぐん）」以外の武装を持たず、装甲と機動力に比重を置いた漢らしい設計は、まさに王者と並び立つに相応しい。 「アシュラ・カイザー」の横を固める前衛として、後衛を務める「ベアダウン・サムラーイ」よりも一回り大きなボディが与えられており、見た目通り装甲も分厚い。 その分機動力が犠牲となっているので、主とする戦法は自ずと「敵の攻撃を耐え抜き、一撃を叩き込む」という無茶なものになっていった。 が、その無謀とも言える戦い方が観客の心をくすぐったのか、今では「アシュラ・カイザー」の声援に混じって、試合中に彼の名が叫ばれる事もあると言う。 製作者の心意気か、彼の内装には「七転八起 堅忍不抜」の文字が刻まれている。

A general-purpose mass-produced mecha “Samurai” maded from the latest parts and technology, it was intended as a support machine to “Asura Kaiser”. It is armed with nothing other than its giant broad-ax “HAGUN”, and is designed after a Chinese soldier, placing emphasis on both armor and mobility, making it fitting for the champion. It serves as an advance guard to fortify Asura Kaiser’s flank, as well as a rearguard who is one size bigger than “Beardown Samurai”, and it has fairly thick armor. Because it’s sacrificed speed for power, it follows the mindbogglingly absurd tactics of its master: “Take a hammering, then end it in a single blow”. However, its reckless fighting style seems to tickle the hearts of the audience, so now its name is shouted alongside the cheers for “Asura Kaiser”. The spirit of the manufacturer has been engraved inside his body, reading “Shichitenhakki Kenninfubatsu” (No matter how many times you fall, keep persevering.)
