    4 Elvish Mystic
    4 Voyaging Satyr
    4 Sylvan Caryatid
    4 Burning-Tree Emisary
    4 Polukranos, World Eater
    3 Prophet of Kruphix
    3 Arbor Colossus
    3 Prime Speaker Zegana
1 Nylea, God of the Hunt

    4 Garruk, Caller of Beasts

    2 Cyclonic Rift

    4 Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx
    4 Temple of Mystery
    4 Breeding Pool
    1 Island
    11 Forest

You lose powerhouses like Xenagos, Mizzium Mortars and Domri, but you gain just as good cards like Zegana, Prophet and Rift. Still just as much fun to play with. <3

Personally not entirely sure that Prophet isn't overrated in this.

Either way, needs BTEs, and probably Arbor Colossus. I don't like maindeck Mistcutter Hydra either because it's never mana efficient, and it's only really "good" when you've gone off, at which point all your other big fatties are better anyway. Syncopate also seems waaaaaay out of place. You spend most of your early turns tapping out and only don't when Prophet is involved when you want to be flashing in giant stuff in stead.

    I'd personally do:

    -3 Mistcutter
    -1 Nylea
    -1 Prophet
    -2 Syncopate

    +4 BTE
    +3 Arbor Colossus

Prophet for Arbor Colossus seems better to me because it's a huge 6/6 for Zegana and because it's a huge 6/6 in general, that can become a 9/9 and gives you an answer to a Desecration Demon.

I will say the few Simic Devotion lists that have done well on MTGO seem incredibly sweet. Might just because as much as I dislike Green I have a soft spot for 6 mana spells that draw a lot of cards.

Those are fair suggestions. I made the deck out of scratch (based on that top 4 deck of course).

    Thanks~
