Depends on what they have in their graveyard. If all you have is like, Wood Elves, Mulldrifter and Trinket Mage, and they have stuff like Grave Titan, Elesh Norn or Terastodon, this card sucks. xD

Well, you pay 5 to get a guy from the yard, then up to 3 others can also do it, but if they do so then you get 3 guys as well.
I think how good it is will always depend on your opponents and their decks.
