[COMM] Curse of Chaos

YEP WE HAVE MORE CURSES. THANK YOU WIZARDS! Obviously from the Jeleva deck since it's an Innistrad commander with the Innistrad curse mechanic (although as an uncommon, it will be in all red commander decks, so, who knows, white and green ones too?). Not particularly excited by this by itself, but more Curses are an interesting prospect.

Whenever enchanted player is attacked by one or more creatures, the attacking player may discard a card and then draw a card.

Interesting politics card, but it doesn't seem all that great.

Kinda meh, but this means more curses in non standard products so yay

It's interesting for my Chaos/"Group kick in the nuts" deck. But aside from that, meh.

It'd be nice if Curses were actually good enough to use as a subtheme. That said, they're good at killing one player pretty quickly.
